**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues in production or facility equipment and systems.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, manuals, and schematics.
- Install, repair, and maintain machinery and equipment.
- Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and company policies.
- Log and report maintenance activities, issues, and resolutions.
- Respond quickly to emergency maintenance requests.
- Assist in facility upgrades, modifications, and improvement projects.
- Work with contractors and vendors when necessary.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent (technical/vocational training preferred).
- Proven experience as a maintenance technician or multi-skill tradesperson.
- Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems.
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Familiarity with PLC systems is a plus.
- Understanding of health and safety regulations.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Flexibility to work shifts, overtime, or weekends as required.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to work in standing, bending, and crouching positions for extended periods.
- Comfortable working in a variety of environments (indoor, outdoor, hot, cold).

**Preferred Certifications (Not Required)**:

- Electrical License
- HVAC Certification
- OSHA or safety training certifications
- Forklift or equipment operation licenses

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
