**Sales Executive / Sales Associate**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Generate and manage B2B sales leads from distributors, vendors, and partner networks.
- Conduct regular field visits to identify new business opportunities and establish relationships with key stakeholders.
- Drive new business development by exploring untapped markets and potential clients.
- Present, promote, and sell medical device products to existing and prospective customers.
- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for healthcare professionals as needed.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and provide accurate sales forecasting.
- Gather market intelligence and customer feedback to contribute to product and service improvements.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams such as marketing, logistics, and customer service to ensure smooth sales operations.
- Maintain accurate and timely records of customer interactions, sales activities, and business reports.
**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Pharmacy, Business, or a related field (preferred).
- 2-7 years of proven sales experience in the **medical devices** industry.
- Strong B2B selling experience, preferably involving distributors and vendors.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently in a field environment.
- Ability to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
