Pattern Designer

**Qualifications**
- Graduation/FDDI/CFTI or equivalent to that.
- Previous work experience in commercialization or production department
- Specific experience in pattern, upper, assembly and RB process whether development or commercialization.
.Minimum **5 to 7 years experiences** in **Shoe ind.**

**Responsibilities**:

- All type material knowledge with specs
- Well known about cut to box knowledge
- Knowledge of shoe making with quality
- Drive engineers to do trial and confirm the standard of the shoe and scheduling through commercialization trial.
- Good knowledge to sort-out the process / product related issue.
- Well knowledge of RB/IP/Stock fit.
- Knowledge of Last and Mold check and confirmation
- Knowledge of ER/SR ratio calculation.
- Guide to PFC/SOP and Confirmation
- Identify areas where there is an opportunity to improve process and product for smooth mass production.
- Good communication scale
