**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Plan, execute, and manage **Meta Ads campaigns** for D2C brands.
- Conduct **audience research, segmentation, and targeting** to maximize ROI.
- Write and test ad creatives, headlines, and copy in collaboration with the design team.
- Monitor campaign performance daily and optimize for **ROAS, CPP, CTR, and CPM**.
- Prepare **weekly and monthly reports** with actionable insights.
- Stay updated with the latest **Meta Ads Manager tools, policies, and trends**.
- Communicate campaign performance and strategy clearly with internal teams and clients.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience running successful **Meta ad campaigns** for **D2C brands**.
- Strong understanding of **performance marketing metrics** (ROAS, CPA, CTR, AOV, etc.).
- Excellent **communication skills** (verbal and written).
- Hands-on knowledge of **audience building, pixel setup, custom events, and remarketing funnels**.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- 1-3 years of experience as a **Performance Marketing Executive / Media Buyer**.
- Experience working with **Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar e-commerce platforms**.
- Familiarity with Google Ads / TikTok Ads is a plus (but not mandatory).
