Qc Microbiologist

**Immediately require a QC Microbiologist for Beauty cosmetic manufacturing plant in sector-6, parwanoo. Himachal Pradesh** **KEY ROLE** - Perform micro testing on raw materials, bulk, WIPs, PKG, and FG according to SOPs. - Validate all processes in the microbiology lab - Create and implement proper procedures for reading results. Follow accordingly - Create sampling and repeat/retest procedures. Follow accordingly - Perform Micro Challenge Testing as per USP 51 - Ensure that laboratory equipment is in good operating condition and calibrated. Ensure that daily verifications are done as needed - Complete all required documentation for full traceability - Ensure that samples are plated in accordance with approved routings and that results are updated on an ongoing basis in Oracle - Comply with and ensure adherence to current Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Laboratory Practices. - Ensure the microbiology laboratory is clean and organized. Implement the 5S in the laboratory. - Report micro failures results to the QC Laboratory Manager immediately. Document each non-conformance by following the Non-Conforming SOP (Issuance of a Non-Conformance number, description of the non-conformance, and corrective action / return to vendor instruction if applicable) after conducting a gazebo in a timely manner with involved parties (Warehouse, Production, Purchasing). Ensure that retest samples are collected by the microbiologists. - Conduct Out of Specification investigation for micro failures following the SOP. - Create validated procedures/processes for environmental monitor program.
