Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct outreach programs, seminars, and events at schools and community centers to promote the school’s offerings.
- Organize school open days, admission drives, and community engagement activities.
- Build and maintain relationships with school principals, teachers, parent groups, and local education authorities.
- Assist in designing and distributing marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and banners in target areas.
- Collect feedback from prospective students and parents and report market insights to the marketing and admissions teams.
- Collaborate with admissions and academic teams to ensure alignment of marketing activities with enrollment goals.
- Track competitor activities and trends in the local education sector.
- Maintain records of field marketing activities and prepare regular reports.
- Represent the school professionally at community and educational events.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Education, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 02 years experience in field marketing, sales, or educational outreach preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for education and community engagement.
- Ability to travel locally and work flexible hours during school events.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team.

**Skills**:

- Excellent presentation and public speaking skills.
- Strong organizational and event management abilities.
- Ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and CRM tools is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
