**Job Description** Solution Architect - AC - 15+ Years Experience only - Bangalore Position Description Solution Architect Location: Bangalore Years of Experience: Minimum 15 years Level: AC Your future duties and responsibilities - Recommending J2EE, Microservices technologies and responsible for solution design - Responsible to bring in new technologies and methods for digital landscape - Come up with Proof of value and technical design - Work with product managers and distil down the product requirements into system capabilities that need to be built or enhanced - Develop architecture solutions to provide inputs to development team - Contribute to feasibility assessment of business requirements and technical validation - Support teams with business case analysis and planning - Interact with 3rd party in market for benchmarking / solutions - Engage with teams both internal and external to arrive at the right solution Required qualifications to be successful in this role Primary Skill: - Engineering degree in Computer Engineering and/or MCA - Solution Architect experience in Financial Services industry is added advantage - Knowledge in software design patterns and principles - IT architecture design, solution, and infrastructure - Fluency in programming languages - Market knowledge on various IT solutions and platform latest market trends - Ability to analyse and lead various Technology to provide technical workable solution - Delivering proof of concepts and reference implementations - Be a quick learner understanding complex systems and ability to expand to new domains - Experience of working with Agile methodology environment is preferred - Ability to deliver concrete results with speed and strong collaboration skills - Ability to work in an environment were not everything will be framed from day 1 - Good communication skills Experiences: Required & optional: - Professional good verbal and written communication skills - Problem-solving aptitude - Expert Technical skills - Organizational and leadership skills - Hands-on experience in software development - Logical reasoning and analytical skills - Knowledge in software design patterns and principles - IT architecture design, solution, and infrastructure Relationship building - Ability to form a good rapport with clients, Prime-BU Managers, and colleagues as part of trust-building. **Insights you can act on** While technology is at the heart of our clients' digital transformation, we understand that people are at the heart of business success.
