Computer Technician

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Diagnose and repair hardware and software issues on laptops, desktops, and peripherals
- Install, configure, and upgrade operating systems and software
- Replace faulty components (RAM, hard drive, motherboard, screen, etc.)
- Perform regular maintenance and system checks
- Handle virus removal, system formatting, and data backup/recovery
- Provide technical support to customers in person or remotely
- Maintain service logs and inventory of tools/parts
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a computer/laptop technician or service engineer
- Strong understanding of Windows OS, basic networking, and common troubleshooting techniques
- Ability to disassemble and reassemble laptop/desktop components
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Diploma or Degree in Computer Engineering, IT, or related field

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: From ₹7,000.00 per month
