**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Edit raw footage into engaging, high-quality video content, including promotional videos, educational materials, advertisements, and social media posts.
- Collaborate with the creative team to understand the project’s objectives and ensure the final product aligns with the vision.
- Add music, sound effects, dialogues, graphics, and special effects to enhance videos.
- Review and refine video projects based on feedback.
- Ensure seamless transitions, logical sequencing, and high production quality in all outputs.
- Stay current with video editing techniques and industry trends to bring innovative ideas to the table.
- Organize and manage all video assets, ensuring backups and proper file management.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Video Editor or similar role.
- Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, etc.).
- Strong understanding of video formats, codecs, and resolutions for different platforms.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of color grading, sound editing, and video compression is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Film, Cinematography, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
