**Job Details**:
You will work closely with our design and development teams in delivering an outstanding service in order to retain and grow all client accounts, taking responsibility for the quality of work carried out by all team members. You will represent the team internally in the various product and cross functional initiatives, define priorities, bring clarity and lead continuous agile development. As a Project Coordinator, your role will be to translate client requirements into detailed and sometimes technical, instructions for project teams.

**Experience Required**:

- 6 months to 1 year

- Develops and maintains a detailed project schedule which includes administrative tasks and all sites/apps involved in the project
- Prepare and/or edit meeting minutes, presentations and details.
- Responsible to track project changes and produce updated schedules
- Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project
- Knowledge of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle)
- Organizing, attending, and participating in team meetings.
- Gathering project information and preparing workflow on required activities
- Must be from IT Background
- Daily coordination with the team leads to understand and identify their issues.
- Project Coordinator will be working closely with Project Manager creating a project schedule and milestones with due dates.
- Must be able to work in a team.
- Should be well versed with major **project management tool like Clickup, Jira, Asana**
