**Job Summary**

1Solutions is looking for digitally savvy freshers with a keen interest in social media. The job responsibilities include
- Manage all social media channels, campaigns, and coordinate with the team members to sustain an engaging audience experience and increase social media reach
- Researches and analyses social media trends, including social media ad revenue and web visitor data, to improve social media presence and campaign efficacy.
- Works with various company departments to promote the overall brand through social media channels.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Social media enthusiast
- Internet research to find and engage with social media communications
- Interest and understanding of branding and marketing
- Creative thinking and inclinations
- Eagerness to learn in a dynamic work environment
- Organized, with an ability to prioritize time-sensitive assignments.
- Monitor and engage on various social media platforms
- Maintenance of existing Twitter handle, FB pages, and YouTube Channel, etc.
- Communicate exciting social media news (internal and external)
- Internet research to find and engage with social media communications
- Community responses. Review user-generated comments and posts in a quick and timely manner and respond to comments, when appropriate, in order to foster a positive
- Generate usage reports periodically, identify trends/patterns, and share
- Escalate User Generated Content, where appropriate, to the internal and relevant person
- Perform above tasks and others for client projects
- Create, curate, and manage all published content

**Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications**
- Strong communication skills.
- Familiar with Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, etc..
- Conceptualize, design, and execute new programs to increase user engagement & participation in Social
- Maintains good writing and language skills
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
- Friendly and conversational
- Must be a detail-oriented, team player, and tech-savvy
- Fast Learner

**Job Type**: Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
