Training and development: You will play a key role in training new employees, ensuring they are knowledgeable about the menu and customer service standards. Additionally, you may provide ongoing training and support to existing staff members to improve their skills and knowledge.

Health and safety:You will need to ensure that the premises and equipment are clean and well-maintained, conduct regular inspections, and educate staff about safety procedures.

Collaboration: As a supervisor, you will collaborate with the cafe's management team to develop strategies for business growth, marketing initiatives, and improving operational efficiency.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹17,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
