Could you imagine yourself in a place like this?- Provides a technical resource to project teams and/or provides expertise in specific fields, tools or theory. Provides solutions which add value through improvements in work process, unit operations, operating condition and/or process technology. Requires conceptual knowledge of theories, practices, and procedures within a job discipline.- The Individual will work with Production engineers to identify the potential areas where the process Cycle time can be reduced in order to improve the productivity. This role needs strong analytical skill to understand the areas where the potential improvement is possible and also coordination with the Maintenace and Operations for getting the results out.- Responsibilities / Duties- Applies Global Project Methodology (GPM) and Process Engineering Work Process Discipline.
- Ensures that the project scope is well defined and meets the business needs in a cost-effective manner.
- Ensures that the process design is safe, meets DOW LPP’s and other EH&S requirements.
- Drives project execution within their discipline.
- Provides input to project schedule and plans, then monitors progress against the plans.
- Ensures process design deliverables meet the needs of the project including functioning as intended, on time and within budget.
- Experience- A Bachelor or master's degree in chemical engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering or Material Science / Metallurgical Engineer.
