US IT Recruiter (Work from office)

**Experience**: 0 to 4yrs

**Job Location**: Noida

**Responsibilities**:

- Handling Recruitment Life Cycle from Sourcing to Selection
- Understand & analyze the requirements assigned and sourcing the Resumes using various channels
- Work closely to meet timely submissions of qualified consultants against open requirements
- Advertising Jobs in Job Portals and Social Media like LinkedIn, Google Groups, etc
- Handle Interviews, Closures, Paperwork & On Boarding
- Target attainment as assigned
- Preparing recruitment reports and weekly & Monthly MIS updation.
- To Regularly update the internal tools and adhere to the company policies and practices during the hiring process
**Job Requirements**:

- Good Exposure to end to end Recruitment Process.
- Experience in Sourcing profiles through Job Portals/DB Search, Job Postings, Social Networking Sites and Vendors contacts
- Must be having Good Communication and Presentation Skills
- Must have Excellent relationship building, negotiation, and time management skills.
- The ability to handle multiple tasks / requirements and to work in a fast-paced work environment
- Must have a keen interest in working in IT /Technology environment
