Newton School aims to bridge this massive gap through it’s personalised learning platform. We are building an online university and solving the deep problem of employability of graduates.

We have a strong core team consisting of alumni from IIT's and IIM’s, having several years of industry experience in companies like Unacademy, Inmobi, Ola, Microsoft - among others. On this mission, we are backed by some of the most respected investors around the world, - RTP Global, Nexus Venture Partners and a slew of angel investors including CRED’s Kunal Shah, Flipkart’s Kalyan Krishnamoorthy, Unacademy and Razorpay founders, Udaan’s Sujeet Kumar among others.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Complete ownership of specific projects in the growth team of Newton School
- Define success metrics for the project and create dashboards for daily tracking and identification of gaps
- Experiment & innovate with new systems, structures & processes leading to better outcomes for our users
- Complete ownership of execution of the action items in a time-bound fashion
- Collaborate with academic, product, operations & student success teams to ensure the user experience is delightful

**Requirements**:

- Capable of independently creating dashboards and analysis via available tools (Metabase, Excel, etc)
- Excellent at problem-solving, breaking problems into smaller chunks, and creating structures from scratch.
- Demonstrated ability of proactive communication & handling multiple stakeholders.
- Self-driven independent contributor with an approach to getting things done.
