Event Sales Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Actively generate leads and convert them into sales for hotel rooms, banquets, restaurant bookings, catering orders, and event packages.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships with corporate clients, event planners, wedding coordinators, institutions, and local businesses.
- Conduct field visits to meet clients, attend networking events, and promote hotel and banquet services.
- Collaborate with local vendors, event planners, decorators, and other partners for tie-ups and mutual promotions.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of events and bookings.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and submit regular reports to management.
- Identify and pursue new market segments and opportunities.
- Maintain updated database of leads, follow-ups, and client interactions.

**Requirements**:

- Proven sales experience in hospitality, catering, or event management preferred.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong local market knowledge in and around Burdwan.
- Highly motivated, target-driven, and a go-getter attitude.
- **Two-wheeler is mandatory** for field visits (travel allowance provided).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings when required.

Pay: From ₹9,000.00 per month
