Inside Sales Executive

**Requirements**:
- Convert every enquiry into a business opportunity
- Responsible for creating and achieving sales goals
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent post-sales service
- Prospect for leads and perform cold-calling to build a pipeline for the business
- Supervise accounts on a daily basis to retain and strengthen existing relationships
- Handle price and service negotiations with customers and carriers
- Prepare and offer quotes to current and prospective clients
- Uphold strong rapport with both existing clients and new prospects
- Nurture new sales leads to successfully secure business
- Supervise shipments until delivery is completed to guarantee smooth operations and customer satisfaction in coordination with the imports/exports team
- Conduct research to identify potential clients not currently doing business with the company and attempt to re-activate dormant accounts
- Build strong client relationships through calls and one-on-one meetings
- Schedule and conduct on-site visits with clients to assess their freight forwarding requirements, gather service feedback, and identify new business opportunities
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Strong negotiation skills
- Working experience with import/export processes for ocean and air freight
- Strong drive for converting leads into confirmed business
- Highly organized with attention to detail
- Customer-centric approach to servicing both new and existing clients
- Excellent client relationship management and interpersonal skills
- Strong command of English with excellent verbal and written communication
- Ability to remain composed and perform under pressure
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
