Billing & Follow-up Executive (Government Client)

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate with internal departments to compile all necessary documentation for bill submission (invoices, work completion certificates, approvals, etc.).
- Submit bills to the concerned departments/officers in government organizations in line with their protocols and formats.
- Regularly follow up with government officials for bill processing status in-person visit.
- Maintain a tracker/log of all submitted bills, pending payments, and follow-up actions.
- Address and resolve queries or objections raised by the government client related to invoices or documentation.
