Operations Executive

**Process management**: Monitoring and managing daily business operations to ensure a seamless workflow. This involves evaluating current processes, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing improvements.
- **Coordination and communication**: Acting as a liaison between different departments (e.g., logistics, finance, sales) and external parties like vendors and clients to ensure smooth operations.
- **Data analysis and reporting**: Tracking key performance metrics (KPIs), compiling reports, and providing actionable insights to senior management for decision-making.
- **Compliance and documentation**: Ensuring all operational activities adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards. This also involves maintaining accurate records and documentation.
- **Problem-solving**: Addressing and resolving operational challenges, bottlenecks, and customer issues in a timely and effective manner.
- **Vendor and resource management**: Managing relationships with suppliers and vendors, overseeing inventory levels, and effectively allocating resources.
- **Education**: A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is often preferred.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in an operations, administration, or related support role is typically required, with more senior positions demanding several years of experience.
- **Proficiency with software**: Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) is a basic requirement. Experience with ERP systems and project management tools is also highly desirable.
