**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**E-commerce and Website Management**:

- Oversee the daily operations of the e-commerce platform.
- Ensure timely processing and fulfillment of online orders.
- Update and maintain the accuracy of product listings and content on the website.

**Customer Relationship Management**:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and insights for improving service quality.

**Social Media Coordination**:

- Monitor social media platforms and address customer inquiries and comments.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align CRM strategies with social media campaigns.

**Data Management and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
- Generate reports on customer behavior, order status, and CRM activities.
- Utilize CRM tools and Excel to organize and analyze data to enhance customer relationship strategies.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proficiency in English and Hindi - both verbal and written.
- Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel and CRM software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Young, energetic, and ready to contribute to the growth.

**Working Conditions**:
The role may involve occasional extended hours to manage workload and special projects.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
