1. Supervises complete functioning of nursing department.

2. Prepares policies and objectives of the nursing department in accordance with that of the hospital.

3. Plans and monitors overall progress of the nursing services.

4. Conduct regular training programs for staff development.

5. Initiates and co-ordinates teaching & research programs for the nursing department.

6. To ensure quality assured nursing services in the hospital

7. To ensure round the clock nursing services

8. To keep performance record of Nursing Staffs and recommendation for appraisal

Qualification - GNM / BSc Nursing with 12 to 18 years of experience.

**Salary**: ₹45,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Nearest Metro Station: Trilok puri, Delhi - 110096, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Diploma (preferred)
