Monitor and record patients' progress, updating their medical records regularly.

Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as consultants and specialists, to provide comprehensive patient care.

Participate actively in medical rounds and discussions with the medical team.

Provide guidance and supervision to junior medical staff and healthcare personnel, as required.

Be familiar with medical emergency protocols and respond effectively during critical situations.

Adhere to medical ethics, guidelines, and legal regulations.

Maintain a compassionate and empathetic approach towards patients and their families.

**Requirements**:
MBBS degree from a recognized medical institution.

Valid and up-to-date medical license to practice in Himachal Pradesh.

Proficient in medical diagnosis, treatment, and patient care.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to handle and prioritize multiple medical cases efficiently.

A strong sense of responsibility and dedication to providing quality patient care.

Willingness to work in shifts, including night shifts and weekends.
