**Job Overview**:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented **Outreach Executive** to join our growing team in Ahmedabad. This role is perfect for fresh graduates or individuals with up to one year of experience who are eager to learn and grow in a dynamic work environment.

As an Outreach Executive, you will be responsible for generating high-quality leads, negotiating with website owners, and managing lead data using CRM and Excel tools. You will play a key role in supporting our business development and sales teams.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Negotiation**: Engage in pricing and term negotiations to ensure favorable outcomes.
- **Database Management**: Maintain up-to-date records of outreach efforts and negotiation results in our CRM system.
- **Excel Reporting**: Use Microsoft Excel to track, analyze, and report performance metrics.
- **Follow-ups**: Ensure timely follow-ups and nurture ongoing relationships with prospects.
- **Team Collaboration**: Coordinate with internal teams to align outreach strategies and support sales objectives.
- **Performance Reporting**: Contribute to the preparation of outreach performance and progress reports.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or any related field.
- **Experience**: 0-1 year (Freshers are welcome to apply)
- **Skills Required**:

- Strong written English with good grammar and sentence structure
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel (willingness to improve skills)
- Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
- **Personal Attributes**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently
