Equipment maintenance: It is the responsibility of Commi 3 to clean and maintain kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas. This includes regular cleaning, sanitization, and proper storage of tools and equipment.
Assisting senior chefs: Commi 3 supports more experienced chefs by carrying out their instructions and working closely with them during service. They help with plating dishes, garnishing, and ensuring that food presentation meets the established standards.
