Sales Professional

**1. Customer Engagement**
- Greet customers and build rapport.
- Understand customer needs, preferences, and budget.
- Provide information about different car models, features, pricing, and financing options.

**2. Product Knowledge**
- Stay up-to-date on all current vehicle models, trims, features, specifications, and promotions.
- Explain technical aspects in a simple and persuasive manner.
- Offer comparisons between models and competitors when needed.

**3. Sales Process**
- Conduct test drives and explain vehicle performance.
- Negotiate prices, trade-ins, and financing options.
- Prepare and review sales contracts and documentation.
- Follow dealership processes for closing sales.

**4. Administrative Duties**
- Maintain accurate customer records and interactions in CRM systems.
- Prepare necessary paperwork for sales, registration, and vehicle delivery.
- Coordinate with finance and insurance departments.

**5. After-Sales Service**
- Follow up with customers after purchase for satisfaction and relationship-building.
- Address any post-sale concerns or service needs.
- Encourage referrals and repeat business.

**6. Team Collaboration**
- Coordinate with managers, finance officers, and service staff.
- Participate in regular sales meetings and training sessions.

**7. Sales Targets**
- Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales quotas.
- Track personal performance and improve conversion rates.

Pay: ₹10,247.14 - ₹12,000.16 per month
