We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented **B.A.M.S. Doctor** to join our manufacturing team focused on the production of classical Ayurvedic medicines. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or professionals passionate about authentic Ayurvedic formulations and practices.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and ensure compliance in the **manufacturing of classical Ayurvedic medicines** (as per API & GMP guidelines).
- Monitor quality and accuracy in formulation and preparation of herbal products.
- Maintain **documentation** and **batch manufacturing records** in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with the production and quality control teams to ensure **authenticity and standardization** of medicines.
- Conduct **routine inspections** of the manufacturing area to ensure hygienic and efficient operations.
- Ensure raw material and finished product quality complies with Ayurvedic pharmacopoeial standards.
- Stay updated on **Ayurvedic texts, practices, and manufacturing guidelines**.
- Provide expert support in **product development and innovation** based on classical Ayurvedic knowledge.

**Qualifications**:

- B.A.M.S. (Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery) from a recognized institution
- Freshers are welcome; training will be provided
- Strong understanding of classical Ayurvedic formulations and ingredients
- Basic knowledge of **GMP, API, and regulatory practices** is an advantage
- Detail-oriented with good organizational and documentation skills
