**Job Advertisement: Trims Merchandiser**

**Location**: Ghatkopar West, Mumbai

**Salary**:₹1,80,000 - ₹3,60,000 per annum (depending on experience)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and oversee the trims and accessories merchandising process, ensuring timely execution of orders.
- Process projections received from brands.
- Send projection files for confirmation.
- Coordinate with vendors to place orders once projections are confirmed.
- Issue Proforma Invoices (PI) for confirmation and follow up for Post-Dated Cheques (PDC).
- Send Purchase Orders (PO) to suppliers for confirmed orders.
- Maintain accurate records of order details, timelines, and inventory updates.
- Coordinate with suppliers and clients to ensure seamless communication and order fulfillment.
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure smooth operations and adherence to quality standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries promptly.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Minimum 12th Pass.
- **Fluency in English** with excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and suppliers.
- **Proficiency in MS Excel** with a strong ability to work with spreadsheets for data management, order tracking, and reporting.
- Familiarity with preparing and processing Proforma Invoices (PI) and Purchase Orders (PO).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Prior experience in a similar role or the garment accessories industry is a plus.
