Computer Operator

**Full job description**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Monitor and control computer systems and networks to ensure efficient performance.
- Run scheduled tasks and batch processes in accordance with operational guidelines.
- Perform regular backups and data recovery tasks.
- Troubleshoot and resolve software, hardware, and networking issues.
- Maintain system logs, error reports, and performance metrics.
- Coordinate with IT staff and escalate complex technical issues when needed.
- Ensure the security of data and IT systems through proper access controls and system monitoring.
- Install and update software and drivers as necessary.
- Maintain inventory of computer equipment and accessories.
- Provide technical support and assistance to staff as required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
