**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Post-Production of Podcasts and Talks**:Edit audio and video recordings of podcasts and talks, ensuring clear sound quality, engaging visuals, and overall coherence in storytelling.
- **Content Creation for Advertising and Social Media**: Develop and design advertisements and social media posters. This includes conceptualizing visuals, editing footage, and creating graphics that align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- **Tutorial Video Editing**: Edit and produce tutorial videos, such as exercise guides, ensuring clarity, engaging pacing, and alignment with instructional goals.
- **Event Post-Production**:Handle the post-production of recorded events, including summits and community gatherings. Tasks include editing for clarity, enhancing audio and video quality, and packaging the final product for various platforms.
- **Marketing Materials Production**: Create and edit a wide range of marketing materials, including digital ads, promotional videos, and branded content. Ensure that all materials are visually appealing, on-brand, and effective in delivering the intended message.
- **Creation of Motion Graphics and Videos**: Design and produce motion graphics and videos that are both informative and visually engaging, suitable for a variety of platforms and audiences.
- **Miscellaneous Tasks**: Undertake additional tasks as required, which may include collaborating with other teams, participating in creative brainstorming sessions, and staying updated on the latest trends in video editing and content creation.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum experience of 6 months to 1 year in video editing and content creation.
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Davinci Resolve) and graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Photoshop).
- Strong understanding of post-production processes, including color grading, sound mixing, visual effects, sequencing, dialogue editing, subtitle and closed captioning, and format conversion and output.
- Creative mindset with the ability to translate concepts into engaging visual stories.
- Excellent organizational, time-management, and project management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality.
- Adaptability to handle various projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge in graphics will be a plus point.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
