We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented **Administrative Assistant** to support the daily operations of our construction business. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong computer proficiency, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Maintain and organize project documentation, contracts, and permits
- Schedule meetings, site visits, and appointments
- Track and input invoices, purchase orders, and timesheets
- Assist with payroll preparation and expense reports
- Manage office supplies and order inventory
- Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients
- Support field teams with administrative tasks
- Ensure compliance with safety, legal, and regulatory standards
**Skills & Qualifications**:
- Prior experience in a construction or trades-related company preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Self-motivated and proactive
- High school diploma required; further education in business administration or construction management is an asset
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
