**Primary Responsibilities**:

- **PDI**:

- Carry out pre delivery PDI as per checklist
- Coordinate with service team in case of any issues and their resolution
- **Delivery**:

- Coordinate with delivery manager, allocation & finance executive and customers for finalizing the delivery date and time
- Communicating the readiness of the vehicle for delivery to customer and ensuring that the customer is informed in case of any probable delays in the committed date/time of delivery
- Ensuring vehicle is clean, fitted with all accessories as ordered by the customer, and appropriately decorated for Delivery
- Ensure all the delivery SOPs are met for each delivery
- Educating the customers on the bike ownership experience at the time of delivery
- Assisting customers with the delivery paper work
- Accompany customer on a flag off ride post delivery

**Recruitment profile**:

- **Educational Qualifications**:Graduate, Mechanical preferred
- **Industry**: Retail, Logistics, Auto, FMCG, any other products based industry
- **Minimum experience**:1 year, preferably in Auto
- **Passions/ Interests**:NA
- **Competencies**:

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
