**Curation & Product Development**
- Curate **mindful, sustainable, and story-driven hampers** for both **corporate clients and individual gifting** occasions.
- Identify and collaborate with **artisans, craft clusters, and small women-led enterprises** across India.
- Build and manage a **vendor network** — from handmade packaging suppliers to sustainable product creators.
- Develop **category-wise gifting themes** (festivals, wellbeing, gratitude, corporate milestones, etc.).

**Packaging & Presentation**
- Oversee **design and packaging** that reflects the brand’s mindful and premium aesthetic.
- Work closely with vendors to ensure **quality, consistency, and eco-friendly materials.**:

- Innovate with reusable and mínimal-waste packaging ideas.

**Client & Channel Management**
- Curate and propose **custom gifting solutions** for corporate clients.
- Work with the core team to manage **inventory, pricing, and fulfilment coordination.**:

- Collaborate with marketing for **catalog creation, storytelling, and social media showcases.**

**Who You Are**
- You have **2-5 years’ experience** in gifting, merchandise, or lifestyle curation (preferably with exposure to corporate gifting or sustainable products).
- You have a **keen eye for aesthetics, design, and storytelling.**:

- You have an **active network** of artists, craftsmen, and ethical suppliers across India.
- You understand how to curate differently for **corporates vs. individuals.**:

- You’re **resourceful, entrepreneurial, and love building something from scratch.**
