**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and deliver engaging training sessions on digital marketing concepts and tools.
- Develop and update course materials, lesson plans, and hands-on exercises.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
- Conduct assessments and provide constructive feedback to learners.
- Assist in organizing workshops, webinars, and guest lectures.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and make improvements to curriculum and delivery.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 2+ years of practical experience in digital marketing.
- Prior experience as a trainer, mentor, or instructor is preferred.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, SEMrush, HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.
- Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts and engage learners.
- Certification in digital marketing (e.g., Google, HubSpot, Meta, etc.) is a plus.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in classroom and online training environments.
- Ability to create e-learning content or LMS modules.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Creative and passionate about educating and mentoring others.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
