**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities:PLC Programming & Automation Development**
- Develop, configure, and optimize **Siemens PLC programs** using **TIA Portal / Step 7**.
- Design and implement **HMI & SCADA systems** (WinCC, FactoryTalk, or similar).
- Integrate **PLC, sensors, drives, and industrial networks** (PROFINET, PROFIBUS, MODBUS, OPC, etc.).
- Develop and modify **Ladder Logic, Function Blocks, Structured Text, and STL programs**.

**Testing, Debugging & Troubleshooting**
- Perform **PLC system commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting** on-site and remotely.
- Analyze system failures and develop solutions for **process optimization and automation reliability**.
- Collaborate with **electrical, mechanical, and process engineers** to optimize system performance.

**Project Execution & Documentation**
- Work on **automation projects** from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery.
- Prepare detailed **technical documentation, wiring diagrams, and operational manuals**.
- Conduct **FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) & SAT (Site Acceptance Test)** for validation.

**Customer Support & Training**
- Provide **on-site and remote support** for system maintenance and upgrades.
- Train operators and maintenance personnel on **PLC operation and troubleshooting**.

**Key Requirements**:
**Educational Qualification**: Diploma/Degree in **Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or Mechatronics Engineering**.
**Experience**: 2-5 years in **Siemens PLC programming & industrial automation**.
**Technical Skills**:

- **Siemens PLCs**: S7-1200, S7-1500, S7-300, S7-400
- **Programming Tools**: TIA Portal, Step 7, WinCC, SCADA, HMI
- **Industrial Networks**: PROFINET, PROFIBUS, MODBUS, OPC-UA
- **Motion Control**: VFDs, Servo Drives, Pneumatic & Hydraulic Systems

**Problem-Solving Skills**:
Ability to debug and troubleshoot complex PLC/HMI systems

**Industry Knowledge**:
Experience in **manufacturing, process automation, food, pharma, or automotive** is a plus.

**Communication**: Strong verbal and written skills to interact with **clients, vendors, and cross-functional teams**.

**Travel Requirement**: Willingness to travel for **on-site installation, commissioning, and support**.
