**Job description**:

- Behavioural therapist / Special Educator

1) Elicit developmental history and do a functional assessment to evaluate the needs of the client.

2) Develop and implement individualized education plans for child with special needs.

3) Assess child's strengths and weaknesses to identify areas requiring additional support.

4) Create and adapt instructional materials to meet the unique learning needs of each child.

5) Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals to develop effective strategies for children success,

6) Demonstrated understanding of various disabilities and the ability to tailor instruction accordingly.

7) Strong organizational skills to effectively manage multiple responsibilities and prioritize tasks.

8) Ability to create a positive classroom environment that fosters student engagement and learning.

9) Maintain accurate records of student progress, behavior, and attendance.

10) Passion for making a difference in the lives of child with special needs.
