Position: Executive Assistant
Location: Chandigarh (On-site, Full-time)
Role Overview
The Executive Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative support to the executive team, ensuring
the efficient operation of daily activities. This role involves managing calendars, organizing meetings,
handling correspondence, preparing reports, coordinating travel arrangements, maintaining office supplies,
and supporting additional executive-level requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain executive schedules, calendars, and appointments.
- Organize and coordinate meetings, ensuring agendas and materials are prepared in advance.
- Draft, review, and manage correspondence and reports.
- Oversee office supply inventory and place orders as needed.
- Coordinate domestic travel arrangements and itineraries.
- Support various administrative and operational tasks to facilitate smooth daily operations.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Assist in preparing presentations and documents as required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative support role is preferred.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in handling correspondence, report preparation, and general administrative duties.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in managing calendars, meetings, and travel coordination effectively.
