Placement Associate

Job Summary:
As a Placement Associate, you will play a critical role in facilitating the placement of health insurance policies. You will work closely with clients, underwriters, and various internal teams to ensure seamless and efficient policy placement while maintaining high standards of service and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the placement of health insurance policies, ensuring all documentation and information is accurate and complete.
- Coordinate with underwriters to obtain quotes, negotiate terms, and secure optimal coverage for clients.
- Maintain strong relationships with the internal team and with insurers, providing them with timely updates and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Review and analyze insurance proposals and policies to ensure they meet client needs and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, customer service, and compliance, to streamline the placement process.
- Prepare and present placement reports and documentation to management.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes to provide informed recommendations.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹280,000.00 per year
