Production Owner

Oracle Cerner is excited to hire Production for CernerWorks team. As a Production Owner, you have to keep CernerWorks client systems running at peak performance with the primary objectives of client satisfaction, incident free and system uptime. Manage 4 or more CernerWorks live clients or manage 4 or more live client-facing solutions. Maintain, monitor, and manage client systems, and serve as key technical contact for the client. Analyze, troubleshoot, and improve system performance. Analyze technical issues related to implementation of new technologies or customization of existing technologies. Consult on technical environment and hardware configuration decisions. Facilitate client incident response.Lead weekly meetings with clients. Support environment and domain planning and management. Manage routine and some complex production maintenance events such as technology upgrades, system configuration and capacity changes, inclusive of technical project planning, resourcing, and coordinating with clients. Integrate new solutions or services with respect to hardware and software installation. Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position

**Basic Qualifications**
- At least 6 years total combined related work experience and completed higher education, including:

- At least 1 year system administration, system engineering and/or technical project/program management work experience
- At least 5 years additional work experience directly related to the duties of the job and/or completed higher education, including:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent relevant work experience

**Preferred Qualifications**
- At least 3 years of solid experience as Linux System Administrator, Windows Administrator and Application monitor/support.
- At least 3+ year of troubleshooting, problem management experience

**Expectations**
- Good Communication Skills
- Willing to work on-call with 24X7 support & flexible schedule as needed.
- Ability to work the core business hours of aligned clients
- Willing to learn and work on different technologies as needed.
- Must reside in or be willing to relocate to the Bangalore, India
- Work directly with clients to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope and budget
- Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed
- Perform other responsibilities as assigned
