- Maintain daily call logs and update customer data in the CRM system.
- Generate leads for health camps, home sample collections, and corporate tie-ups.
- Coordinate with phlebotomists and front desk teams to ensure smooth customer service.
- Follow up with customers for feedback, pending payments, and report delivery.
- Assist in marketing campaigns through telecalling support.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets.
- Maintain a professional and courteous attitude during all customer interactions. **Skills & Competencies**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Hindi & English mandatory; regional language preferred).
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM software or Excel.
- Persuasive and customer-focused approach.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Positive attitude, patience, and problem-solving mindset.

Pay: ₹9,085.10 - ₹20,000.00 per month
