Nursing Supervisor

**Job Title**: Nursing Supervisor
**Location**: Vedansh Superspeciality Hospital Pvt.Ltd, Dadri
**Experience Required**: 1-3 years (including minimum 2 years in a supervisory role)
**Qualification**: GNM / B.Sc. Nursing with valid registration

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and manage day-to-day nursing operations across wards, ICUs, and other patient care areas.
- Ensure proper staffing, shift allocation, and duty rosters for nursing staff.
- Monitor patient care standards, ensuring adherence to clinical protocols and hospital policies.
- Conduct regular rounds to ensure hygiene, discipline, and patient satisfaction.
- Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to nursing staff.
- Coordinate with doctors, management, and other departments for smooth patient services.
- Handle escalations, grievances, and resolve operational issues.
- Maintain and verify nursing records, reports, and incident documentation.
- Ensure compliance with NABH/JCI and other regulatory standards.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
