**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Lead the design and development of scalable and robust architectures using AWS DevOps and other relevant technologies.
- Oversee the implementation of React JS for front-end development ensuring high performance and responsiveness.
- Provide expertise in Database and SQL to optimize data storage and retrieval processes.
- Utilize TeamSite for content management and ensure seamless integration with other systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to maintain code quality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations.
- Mentor and guide junior developers fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation and improvement.
- Contribute to the development of technical documentation and user guides to support end-users and stakeholders.
- Participate in project planning and estimation providing accurate timelines and resource requirements.

**Qualifications**
- Possess strong expertise in AWS DevOps React JS Database and SQL TeamSite Java JavaScript CSS HTML and J2EE.
- Have a minimum of 7 years of experience in software development and architecture.
- Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Exhibit strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Show a keen interest in staying updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
- Experience in Life and Annuities Insurance is a plus.
- Ability to mentor and guide junior developers fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Strong understanding of security and compliance best practices.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions on time.
- Ability to work in a hybrid work model with day shifts.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent analytical and critical thinking abilities.
- Ability to create and maintain technical documentation and user guides.
