**Job Title: Marketing Representative**

Department: Marketing

Location: Pune (HYBRID)

Reports To: Marketing Manager

**Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Online Marketing Assets:

- Design and create visually appealing marketing materials such as social media graphics, infographics, and short videos.
- Customer Testimonials:

- Coordinate with the customer success team to collect powerful customer testimonials and case studies.
- Transform testimonials into engaging content for the website, social media, and marketing materials.
- Social Media Branding:

- Develop and execute a social media strategy to increase brand awareness and engagement across key platforms.
- Create and schedule social media posts that align with Aarialife's brand voice and messaging.
- Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and inquiries, and actively engage with our target audience.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 1-2+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on digital and social media.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a flair for storytelling.
- Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
- Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics.
- A creative and innovative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as collaboratively.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Basic video editing skills
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress.
- Understanding of SEO principles
