**Job description**

ProSofos Inc. is searching for committed and deadline-driven Junior Associates to join our team of in-house staff. You will work directly on our prominent Canadian websites. Besides, you will be working on international projects and will get ample exposure of North American Markets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Shall be responsible to make sales/ marketing calls to Canadian experts.
- Shall be responsible to receive calls and address the queries of our clients and assist them.
- Shall be responsible to work 8 hrs per day also night shifts as and when required.
- Shall be responsible to document the status and conversation with the Clients in our system.
- Shall be responsible to maintain high quality of work, dealing with the International Clients.
- Conducting Internet research or gathering information through surveys or by speaking to clients and staff.
- Attending and participating in meetings, workshops and events.
- Updating documents and records.
- Identifying potential weaknesses and offering improvement suggestions.
- Assisting managers with negotiations.
- Keeping a log of everything learned and delivering presentations to staff and other stakeholders.
- Inbound and outbound call center experience
- Should be able to work night shifts or according to the Canadian time zone
- Proficiency in English language is a must
- Experience in Marketing/sales field.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to remain calm in fast-paced environments.
