Job description:
MIS Reporting:

- Work on Management Information System (MIS) reports to provide data pertinent to the performance and productivity of employees and teams.
- Demonstrate advanced proficiency in MS Excel
- Utilize MS Office Suite and other relevant tools to create comprehensive reports and dashboards for various departments.

Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs):

- Develop, update, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for various processes within the organization.
- Collaborate with department heads to ensure SOPs are in line with industry standards and best practices.

Operational Oversight:

- Oversee day-to-day operational tasks related to data management, reporting, and analysis.
- Provide support in the development and implementation of efficient workflows and processes.

Data Accuracy and Consistency:

- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness across all systems and databases.
- Implement data validation measures and conduct regular audits to identify and rectify discrepancies.

**Skills**:

- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, including complex formulae, pivot tables, and data analysis.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite and other relevant tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
