**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Must-Know Tools**:
○ Proficiency in platforms like Unicommerce/Uniware and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).

○ Familiarity with logistics tools like Shiprocket and Delhivery to manage seamless shipment operations.
- **Timely Delivery Management**:
○ Ensure the on-time delivery of e-commerce shipments by raising tickets and coordinating with Points of Contact (POCs).

○ Address issues like undelivered attempts promptly and take corrective actions to avoid delays.
- **Reducing RTOs**:
○ Develop and implement strategies to minimize Return to Origin (RTO) rates.

○ Build consumer risk profiles, eliminate invalid COD addresses, and ensure faster deliveries to enhance customer satisfaction.
- **Warehouse Coordination**:
○ Prepare detailed pack lists for shipments and collaborate with warehouse teams for smooth processing and dispatch.
- **Customer Complaint Redressal**:
○ Address and resolve customer complaints in accordance with Fig Living's return and exchange policies.

○ Ensure prompt and hassle-free resolutions to enhance customer loyalty and trust.

**Requirements**:

- Strong knowledge of e-commerce logistics and operations.
- Proficiency in tools like Unicommerce/Uniware and WMS for inventory and order management.
- Excellent problem-solving and coordination skills to ensure operational efficiency.
- Ability to develop and implement strategies to reduce RTO rates and improve customer satisfaction.
