We are looking for a creative, skilled UI/UX Designer to design websites with functionality and aesthetics in mind. The UI/UX Designer will work with back-end developers and web developers to ensure that the website is optimized for several devices and presented in an attractive way.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conducting user research to understand user needs and pain points.
- Collaborating with cross‐functional teams such as product managers, developers to ensure that design decisions align with business goals and user needs.
- Collaborating with team for Website designing, CRM & Application designing.
- Conducting heuristic evaluations to identify areas for improvement in the user interface.
- Creating and maintaining design documentation and design assets.
- Continuously iterating on designs based on feedback and user research

ensuring consistency and coherence across all aspects of the user interface, including visual design, and interaction design.

**Experience requirements**
- Must have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a relevant field.
- Proficiency in design software such as Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, and Illustrator, Adobe designing tools Strong understanding of user‐cantered design principles and design thinking methodology.
- Requires strong comprehension of Brand guidelines.
- Strong problem‐solving skills and the ability to think creatively to solve complex design problems.

**Knowledge/Educational requirements**

Bachelors in Applied Arts or Master’s in Design - User Experience or any equivalent courses.
Diploma or certification in UI/UX design.
Must have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a relevant field
Immediate joiner prefers.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
