Position Available: Commi II or Commi III (Continental preferred)

Location: Tirur, Kerala, India

Key Responsibilities:
*Assist in food preparation and cooking under the guidance of senior chefs.

*Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet the restaurant's standards.

*Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area.

*Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.

*Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations.

**Requirements**:
*Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.

*Basic knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen equipment.

*Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

*Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
