Rays is one of the leading med/engg entrance coaching institute in Kerala having four branches across the state so far, thus we require young and energetic Academic Mentors for supporting our students in their curriculum and learning methodologies.

**Key Responsibilities & Duties**

He/She will have to perform the following key activities:

- Maintain good relationship with students and their parents
- Monitor the study performance of students on a daily basis
- Assist children in reviewing their progress
- To develop strategies that raise students achievement,particularly our lower attaining students through academic mentoring

**Skills Required**:

- Demonstrate a positive attitude and acts as a positive role model
- Relevant expertise / knowledge
- Interpersonal & communication skills
- Problem solving skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kozhikode, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
