We are seeking an experienced and motivated Production Supervisor to join our team and oversee the printing process for T-shirts. The Production Supervisor will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the printing department, ensuring high-quality output, efficient production schedules, and a safe working environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Production Management**:
Plan and organize daily production schedules to meet customer orders and deadlines.

Monitor and manage production processes, ensuring adherence to quality standards and specifications.

Coordinate with the design and pre-production teams to ensure accurate setup of printing jobs.

Troubleshoot technical issues related to printing equipment and processes.

**Team Leadership**:
Lead and supervise a team of printing operators, ensuring they are trained and capable of performing their tasks effectively.

Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members, ensuring efficient utilization of resources.

Provide guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to team members to drive continuous improvement.

**Quality Control**:
Inspect printed shirts at various stages of production to maintain high quality and consistency.

Implement quality control procedures to identify and rectify defects in the printing process.

Collaborate with the quality assurance team to address any issues related to product quality.

**Safety and Compliance**:
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.

Conduct regular safety training sessions and promote a culture of safety among team members.

Report any incidents, accidents, or safety concerns and take appropriate corrective actions.

**Inventory Management**:
Monitor inventory levels of printing supplies, inks, and materials, and coordinate reordering as needed.

Maintain accurate records of material usage, wastage, and inventory levels.

**Process Improvement**:
Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvements within the printing department.

Implement best practices and suggest innovative solutions to enhance productivity and reduce costs.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:
Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or similar role in the printing industry, specifically with shirt printing.

In-depth knowledge of shirt printing processes, equipment, and techniques.

Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members.

Attention to detail and commitment to quality control.

Proficiency in using printing software and equipment.

Understanding of safety regulations and best practices in a manufacturing environment.

**Salary**: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Gurgaon, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Total: 2 years (preferred)
