Smart C has empowered 5000+ high school students of government & aided schools in last 5 years in association with Manipal Foundation **.**

We are looking for an experienced English teacher/trainer to join our team.

**Location **- Bangalore, India

**Type **- Full Time, Faculty/trainer - English

**Responsibilities**

**A. Teaching Students**

1. **Teaching English to students from basic levels up to advanced level.**

2. **Adaptable for both offline and online mode of teaching.**

3. **Ready to travel within Bangalore for Offline Teaching as per demands**

**of the** **project.**

4. **Implementation of teaching aids and innovative strategies to keep the**

**students motivated.**

5. **Flexible approach to work allotted ensuring smooth, consistent, and**

**effective results.**

6. **Development of lesson plans and content in line with the project.**

7. **Maintenance of records and other required documents.**

8. **Involvement in different areas as required and assigned.**

**B. Requirements**:
1. Bachelor’s degree. Any add on course in English is preferable.

2. Prior teaching experience in a similar project or set up.

3. Excellent communication and presentation skills.

4. Proficiency in Kannada and English for smooth running of the project.

5. Good time management and classroom management skills

**C. Content Creation**:
1. Assist in the development of content related to project assigned

2. Assist in Report generation

3. Maintain classes record and share with Lead

4. Coordinate with Lead to ensure smooth running of project

5. Recommend new ideas, approaches and procedures to enhance the efficiency and value of the project

6. Perform other related duties as required and assigned

**Key Skills & Personal Attributes**:

- Freshers/ 1 - 2 years work experience in Teaching students
- Basic System knowledge to maintain day to day records and prepare creative PPT’s
- Proficient in spoken and written English and Kannada
- Dedicated, sincere learner and good team Player
- Dependable and flexible work ethic
- Strong organizational skills with an ability to multi-task
- Ability to prioritize amongst various tasks
- Dependable, self-motivated, takes ownership and initiative,
- Pleasing personality with good personal attribute

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
